With all of the craziness of the holidays, it’s hard to keep up with staying healthy. Here are some ways to keep and obtain a healthy lifestyle.
First thing towards healthy living is to get a handle on your health. Try this with a food diary, for example. Make a list of medications you take, check moods and energy and assess your daily activity.

If you have chronic health issues like heart disease, diabetes, depression or arthritis. It’s good to get a handle on them by partnering with a doctor.
To increase activity make it fun. Go on walks, hikes, or take a karate class. do something that’s full of cardio and fun. Also keep track of it and set weekly goals.
Upgrade Your Diet
Be aware of what you eat by replacing what you should eat with what you choose to eat. Skip the guilt.
Manage stress by mediatiting, yoga and exercising.
If you have sleep problems, try no television or computer for two hours before bed. Also, try not to exercise too close to bedtime. Try to set a sleep schedule and don’t ignore chronic sleepiness.
