Order Processing Times
Once you place your order, please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and hand it off to our shipping partner. Your order is considered "shipped" when it begins its journey to your delivery address.
During busy times (like holidays or sales), processing may take up to 7 business days, but we’ll always do our best to get your order moving quickly.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping time refers to how long your order takes to arrive after it’s been dispatched. This varies depending on your location. Please check the chart below for average delivery estimates:
Canada: 8–10 business days
United States: 8–12 business days
International: 7–20 business days

Order Accuracy & Shipping Details
To avoid delays, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information can delay processing or even result in cancellation. If our system detects an issue with your address, we’ll email you within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we don’t hear back, we may cancel your order.
If you need to correct your address, please email us at info@profitnesszone.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes after that window.
Shipping Delays
We understand how important it is to receive your order on time. While we work hard to ship promptly, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control—such as courier delays, weather events, or customs issues.
If we run into any issues with your order (like inventory or payment problems), we’ll contact you as soon as possible. While we can't guarantee exact delivery dates, we’re committed to keeping you updated every step of the way.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it’s out of our hands—but we’ll still do everything we can to support you. If your package appears lost or stolen, please contact info@profitnesszone.com, and we’ll help however we can.
We also recommend reaching out directly to the courier to file a claim. If the package isn’t recovered, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. In certain cases,
filing a police report may be recommended.
Please note that Pro Fitness Zone is not liable for lost or stolen packages and cannot offer refunds for them. However, we’re always happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
